What we see (in our hearts) truly defines our destination and our destiny... Now the king of this Nation of Images has surrendered to the King of Kings and uprisings in the outer provinces have been quelled by the wise power of this Prince of Peace. This Nation of Images, having been slowly transformed by a renewing process, happily serves the great King of Kings. He is a Kind and Benevolent King who loves so much that He gave Himself. He is The One who has a good plan for us, and wants us to work not only for Him, but beside Him. He is the Friend who sticks closer than a brother and as we behold what He has done, we ourselves shall also do. What an example, what a Marvelous King. What a glorious Image! And now we know these great things: we have been made in that Image and one day we shall see Him face to face! Jesus Christ Reigns Forever! As you hold fast to that confession in faith, I know He'll become more and more real to you. And with great irony, the amount of people (even some who are saved) who do not trust or you will most likely increase - and He will become more real to you. After 15 - not always wonderful, and not always up - years, many days as I reflect upon just how real God is, I can only shake my head in silent wonder and awe. One day, I will see Him as He is, and all the cares of this mortal coil will be gone. Every day, I live for that day. But, for now, I can "only imagine". Therefore, this experience reminds me that, when everytime i have shaking faith, I will tell myself He is real...
