As you think about the above question, check out this verse from James: “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds” (James 1:2).
Happiness comes from circumstances(the world) but Joy true joy comes from the Lord.
Good distinction, kram4mark! One is based in what’s happening around us, one springs from God’s presence deep within us.
Happiness is temporary ,Joy is everlasting.
