After working with the influential and famous in Washington D.C. for several years in positions relating to public relations, Roxanne left it all behind to go to Uganda to live among kids with nothing. A long-time writer for Sports Spectrum magazine, she knows athletes up-close and personal, but she has discovered the importance of the oft-neglected little guys and girls who cherish someone who cares for them.
